When you commission a research project you will need to provide me with some personal information.

This information is used for two purposes: to communicate with you during the project (to keep you informed of progress, to pass on research findings and certificates, and for billing), and for undertaking the actual research in tracing your ancestors.

I will never pass on your private information to other individuals or companies unless I ask for and receive your permission. This may be required to further the research which I am carrying out for you.
